1. Posters, bulletins, and other documents fall into this category.

2. The Student Support Team issues 10 stickers for on-campus posts and 5 stickers for off-campus posts. The posting period is 7 days (including holidays).

3. Postings/bulletins must be self-attached and self-removed on the bulletin boards according to the nature of the post.

4. Postings not adhering to the guidelines or placed outside designated areas may be removed by the Student Support Team without notice, and removed materials will not be preserved.

2.For use of the bulletin board outside the main entrance, permission from the Office of Public Affairs is required. (The bulletin board placed in front of the New Ricci Hall is under the management of the Office of the School of Engineering.)

3.Limited spaces are available for banners on campus. Please visit the Student Support Team for permission and apply stickers obtained from the Team.

4.The posting period is 14 days (including holidays).
